We offer three, five, and seven day a week cleaning contracts.

Our standard daily service includes:

Chemical check of water/ Maintaining ideal chemical levels -Service Technician will test water levels for chlorine, p.H, TA, and other site specific chemicals when necessary (calcium, salt) daily. And a monthly test to monitor cyanuric levels.Technicians will keep all chemical levels of water within the ideal range for safety and sanitization. 

Maintain ideal water level for proper circulation - Technicians will maintain an ideal water level for functionality of pump systems.

Vacuuming - Service Technician will vacuum the bottom of the pool with electric vacuum to clear the bottom of debris. System vacuum will be used as needed or weekly to clear the bottom of dust and fine debris. 

Brushing - Service Technician will brush down the sides and vertical surfaces of the pool as needed/ weekly to move fine debris to the bottom to be removed by vacuum.

Cleaning Tile - Service Technician will clear oil, grime, and grease from tiles daily.

Skimming - Service Technician will clear large debris from top of waterline with net.

Emptying of Pool’s skimmer baskets- Service Technician will clear strainer baskets in pool skimmers daily to ensure that they run efficiently. 

Check PSI reading of filtration system/ keep in ideal range for maximum performance - Technician will check PSI reading of filtration system daily and compare to ideal readings. If needed, technicians will perform maintenance to return PSI to ideal levels.   

Chlorination system check/ maintenance - Service Technician will ensure that chlorine disbursement system is running and has proper levels of chemical for prime operation

Emptying of pump’s strainer basket - Service Technician will check PSI of filter system/ maintain ideal pressure- Service Technician will

Check/ maintenance for/ of adequate amount of chemicals stocked. - Service Technician will do a weekly check of all chemical supplies to ensure that adequate stock is on site at all times to handle any chemical fluctuations.

Aesthetic cleaning of the deck - Service Technician will clear large debris from deck daily. And straighten up pool furniture to fall into aesthetic standards. 

Light cleaning and restocking of bathrooms - Service Technician will keep bathrooms stocked with paper products and soap. Light cleanings and maintenance will be performed such as wiping mirrors, sweeping, plunging, etc. on an as needed basis. Our team does not specialize in residential plumbing or hazmat, so large repairs and cleans may be outside of our scope of service.

Maintain pool deck/ bathroom trash cans- Service Technician will empty trash cans on deck and replace liners as necessary, They can put it into a dumpster or out on a trash day. (Note: Technician will not take trash off site for disposal)

Maintain a daily log of services rendered and consumable supplies used to be left on site- Service Technician will maintain a log of chemical readings, services performed, and the  amount of chemical added to water of each service visit. This log will be kept on site.

Monitor state of equipment - Service Technician will monitor the state of equipment on site, and will recommend replacement when necessary. 

Maintenance and repair of pool equipment - Maintenance technicians will repair, or replace equipment on an as needed basis and as requested basis.

Vendor of pool equipment - No need to track down parts, all equipment may be purchased through Blue Mind
